General Questions

  • CellulArt was conceived as a way to bring the uniqueness and beauty of microscopic cell images to people outside the scientific community. Most people haven’t had the chance to see microscopic cell images and appreciate how spectacular they can be!
  • We bring art and science together by showcasing unique cellular imagery on high quality products for your everyday life.
  • Our company’s philosophy includes supporting the community. A portion of our proceeds will be donated to non-profit organizations that support causes represented by the different types of cells depicted on our products.
  • All of our images are real photographs of cells seen through a microscope. These are all real cells, no 3-D designs or man-made images.
  • Each cell collection has a corresponding charity to which the donations will be assigned to.
  • For example, sales from cancer-related collections will be donated to the American Cancer Society, and plant-related collections will be donated to One Tree Planted.
  • For bulk orders (minimum 100 items) you can specify the charity or foundation you wish to support. Please reach out to us for details at Support@TheCellulart.com.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.

  • Yes, you can!
  • If you have a fund-raiser, conference, event, etc, you can place a bulk order with custom branding. Custom cell imagery and product selection may be available upon request and availability.

  • Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery subject to photo evidence showing the product defect and purchase receipt.
  • All returns must be unused and unwashed, come from a smoke-free environment, and be in the same condition they were received.
  • Shipping costs on returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Bulk orders are not subject to refunds nor exchanges.
  • Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for and credited to the original payment method.
  • Returns and exchanges are not supported due to a change in preference, such as different size, color, product type, or cell image after the order was placed.
  • All orders within the continental United States have free shipping. Shipping costs on returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping outside the United States will have an additional cost based on delivery location and available shipping options.
  • Covid-19 Shipping Disclaimer: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.
  • Yes we do. Shipping outside the United States will have an additional cost depending on where the order is shipped. For orders outside the continental United States, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
